22 Schools which make up the Milton Keynes Teaching School Alliance are using Lesson Recorder (www.mktsa.com)  they now have access to the latest system for videoing lessons for  teacher training and CPD.

Teachers can easily video lessons for self reflection,  peers and teaching mentors are able to add time linked notes to provide accurate and timely feedback on the teachers performance. Schools and school alliances can create best practice library’s which can be securely shared by all teachers within the alliance.

Students are also able to access the system and view lessons to aid their revision or to enable the flipped classroom approach to teaching. additionally students who are unable to attained school can view the lesson online via secure login.

The Lesson Recorder video based CPD system is quickly being adopted by the leading schools within the UK education sector, helping to improve teacher training for NQT’s, standardise best practise across teaching alliances and reduce cost by reducing the amount of time teacher spend away from the classroom and offering a greatly reduced CPD expenditure.
